AGLC Gas Furnace Rebate

Cash in your Atlanta Gas Light Company rebate if you replaced your existing natural gas furnace with a more efficient one between January 1, 2006 and March 31, 2006.

 

If you replaced your old furnace with an Energy Star-rated furnace:

•  with 90 percent annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) or higher, you may qualify for a $200 rebate.

•  with a 95 percent AFUE or more, you may also qualify for a $150 federal tax credit.

 

Rebates apply to purchases from any Georgia licensed HVAC or licensed plumbing contractor who is also certified to install natural gas furnaces. Installation must be completed by April 15, 2006. New construction is not eligible.

 

Submit your rebate by May 1, 2006. Log on to atlantagaslight.com for a rebate form or call 877/776-6533. Once you've submitted your rebate, check its status online at www.rebatestatus.com.
