Use Online Billing for Hassle-Free Bill Pay

Let’s face it—paying bills isn’t exactly high up on most people’s list of fun things to do. But while it may not be your favorite thing, we can make paying your gas bill easier.

Online bill pay through waltonemcgas.com takes the drudgery out of getting out the checkbook and paying for a stamp by simplifying the process into a few clicks of your mouse.

Just log on to waltonemcgas.com once a month to access your account. You can view your bill online and pay by credit card or e-check. You’ll still receive a paper copy of your bill each month for your records.

Once you proceed to pay your bill online, the site will look different from Walton EMC Natural Gas’s homepage. That’s because the online billing portion of our site is run by Southeastern Data Cooperative (SEDC). Rest assured—it’s secure to process your transaction.

Once you use online billing, your monthly credit card or bank statement will list SEDC instead of Walton EMC Natural Gas. SEDC processes your online payment for us. To learn more about SEDC, visit their website.

Online billing currently supports Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher, Netscape 4.01 and higher or Firefox browsers. The system is not Mac compatible.

To sign up for online billing, use the password shown on your first Walton EMC bill to log on for the first time. You’ll be prompted to change your password. If you have trouble with your password or can’t locate your first bill, call us at 866/WEMCGAS to speak with a customer service representative.
