Gas Up the Stove

Spicy Chicken Rub with Grilled Corn

 

Chicken Rub

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper

1 tablespoon (packed) golden brown sugar

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch

1 ½ teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix together ingredients and rub over chicken of your choice (breasts, wings, drumsticks, etc.). Let sit for one to two hours. Grill for approximately 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.

Grilled Corn

Rub frozen corn ears with butter, salt and pepper, to taste. Wrap in two layers of aluminum foil. Grill for approximately 40 minutes.
