Gas Up the Stove

Cheese Ball

A favorite for holiday parties!

2 jars Kraft Old English cheese spread (do not substitute other cheese spreads)

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

1 bottle blue cheese dressing

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon minced onion

Chopped Pecans (approximately one 1-pound bag)

Mix first six ingredients well using a hand mixer.  The mixture will be soft and creamy.  Cover and place in refrigerator or freezer to harden  (just long enough to handle easily).  Form mixture into ball, and then roll in chopped pecans.  Serve with your favorite crackers.

Recipe makes a large cheese ball.  May be divided for several smaller ones.
