Gas Up the Stove

White Pizza Dip

I package Lipton Recipe Secrets herb with garlic soup mix

16 ounces sour cream (light sour cream can be used)

1 cup ricotta cheese (skim milk or whole is fine)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided

½ cup pepperoni sausage, finely chopped

Italian or French Bread, cut into bite size pieces for dipping

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.  Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.  Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through and slightly bubbly.  Serve with Italian or French bread.  May also be served with baked pita chips.
