  • Walton EMC Natural Gas recently installed a new and improved phone system. The system will allow the Call Center to more effectively process customers' calls. Along with better reliability, the new system allows Walton EMC Natural Gas to handle more calls coming in at one time.

Callers will know their positions in queue, or how many callers are ahead of

them, along with an approximate on-hold time. The main numbers have not

been changed.

The new system enables Walton EMC Natural Gas to better serve its

customers by efficiently processing telephone inquiries. Our customer
