Avoid Carbon Monoxide Poisoning In Your Home

Follow These Guidelines

• Have your gas appliances inspected and maintained annually to ensure they are functioning properly
• If you park your car in the garage, wait until you're ready to leave until you crank your car
• Do not block vents
• Never leave your car running in the garage
• Never use grills or other portable fuel-burning equipment inside your home or garage
• Turn off space heaters, gas fireplaces and ovens before going to bed
• Do not use your stove or oven to heat your home
