Out of This World Cornbread

• 2 c. Martha White corn meal mix, yellow
• Dash of salt
• 2 eggs
• 16 oz. sour cream
• 14.75 oz. can of creamed corn
• 1/3 c. olive or canola oil

Grease two muffin tins well. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Fill muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Muffins are very moist and just as good the next day. Makes 24 muffins.
