Seven-Layer Bean Dip
  • 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 can (2.25 oz.) olives, drained
In a bowl, mix refried beans and taco seasoning,
then spread on to a platter. In another bowl,mix cream cheese and chilies. Carefully spread over bean mixture. Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives and tomato. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve
with tortilla chips.
