Apple, Raisin, Nut & Coconut Cake



2 cups applesauce

Combine for Flour Mixture

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine for Oil Mixture

• 3/4 cup oil
• 2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup diced apples

Combine for Fruit Mixture

• 2 cup raisins
• 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup flour

Add two cups of applesauce to flour mixture.Then add oil mixture to flour mixture and beat until smooth.Add fruit mixture and stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45minutes in two loaf pans for easy slicing.
