Asian Spinach Salad
  • 8 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbs. sugar
  • 3 tbs. rice vinegar
  • 3 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tbs. Sesame seeds
  • (1) 3 oz. pkg. Ramen noodles (discard seasoning and break into small pieces)
  • 1 Bunch chopped green onion (1) 10 oz. bag ready-to-use spinach leaves

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ramen noodles, nuts and sesame seeds. Stir until toasted. Pour in a large bowl to cool for 10 minutes.

Whisk the remaining 6 tablespoons of oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in a small bowl. Toss all ingredients together. Serve and enjoy!
