Based on an actual event in Conyers, GA
"This is EMC Security. Can I help you?"
"Yes, I think my husband is having a stroke!"
"Okay, mam, I'm here to help you. Can you tell me
what's happening with him?"
"He's having trouble speaking. One side of his
mouth is drooping and the arm on that same side
is numb. He says his head hurts really bad."
"Alright, I'm contacting EMS as we speak. I'm going to
stay with you until help arrives and takes over."
"Okay. Please tell them to hurry. I'm scared."
"I'm right here with you. The ambulance is on the way.
I've told them what you told me, so they know what to
expect when they arrive. Are you okay?"
"I'm so glad I have this pendant. I'm so glad I'm
talking to you. I hear a siren outside."
"Good. Are the EMTs there yet?"
"Yes, they're looking at my husband now."
"They will take good care of him. Is there anything else
I can do for you?"
"You've done so much already. Thank you, thank
you so much!"
"You're welcome. I'm disconnecting now. Take care."
