Energy Star and WaterSense Sales Tax Holiday

October 5, 6 & 7

Energy Star and WaterSense are combining forces to give Georgia residents a break next month.
State and local sales tax will be exempt from the following items purchased October 5-7:

Dishwashers		Bathroom sink faucets
Air conditioners		Faucet accessories (such as aerators)
Ceiling fans		High-efficiency toilets
Fluorescent light bulbs		High-efficiency urinals
Dehumidifiers		Showerheads
Programmable thermostats		Weather- or sensor-based irrigation controllers
Refrigerators
Doors
Windows

*All eligible products must be Energy Star or WaterSense certified and be purchased for personal use with a sales price of $1,500 or less.
