- 2 1/2 cups flour (can split 1/2 regular flour and 1/2 whole wheat)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 cups Raisin Bran or any bran flake cereal
- 2 cups low fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand. Fill
well-sprayed muffin tins half way. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
