Gas Up the Stove

Lemon Jello Cake
1 package cake mix (yellow or white)
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 3-ounce package lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon lemon extract

Mix all ingredients well. Pour batter into tube pan lined with wax paper that has been greased. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Let cool completely.

For icing:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups 4x sugar

Mix ingredients well. Pour icing over cake.
