Gas Up the Stove

Easy Cosy Chicken Casserole
1 pound cooked and cubed chicken (2 to 3 breasts)
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
16 ounces frozen Alpine mix (broccoli and cauliflower)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
1 cup cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chicken and rice should be cooked and prepared. Mix all ingredients together, reserving some cheese for the top, into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the extra cheese on top and bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves six of your closest friends!
