Gas Up the Stove
Banana Pumpkin Pie
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (3 medium bananas)
1 cup evaporated milk or light cream
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
In large bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in pumpkin, bananas, eggs and evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
