Out of This World Cornbread
- 2 c. Martha White corn meal mix, yellow
- Dash of Salt
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 14.75 oz. can of creamed corn
- 1/3 c. olive or canola oil
Grease two muffin tins well.Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Fill muffin tins.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.Muffins are very moist and just as good the next day.
Makes 24 muffins.
