Marinated Veggie Salad
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 can peas
- 1 can white shoe peg corn
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 medium jar pimentos
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
Drain well and combine in a bowl.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables hot. Refrigerate until needed.
