Pineapple Pecan Delight
  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 16 oz. container whipped topping
Mix lemon juice and milk until thick. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Fold in whipped topping and divide into two crusts. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
