Hawaiian Banana Bread
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 4 oz. pineapple, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry
ingredients. Stir in nuts. In separate bowl, combine
remaining ingredients. Add to dry. Stir just until moist.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake one hour or until a
toothpick comes out clean.
