Chesapeake Bay/Baltimore Crab Cakes

  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Old Bay seasonings
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
Mix bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasonings, parsley flakes, yellow mustard and egg. Gently stir in crab meat and shape into patties. Fry the crab cakes in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
